This is the best way I can think of when talking about how we feed our kids..
Today we are in such a rush about every thing, because of our need for super convenience we simply accept the fact that jarred/pouch shelf-stable pasteurized food with a 2-3 years shelf life is food suitable for babies. . .
See the huge difference between our freshly made peas and organic jarred/pouch peas. . As parents we need to fiercely demand better food options for our kids, fresh food should be the only option for all kids not just a few of us. Until we get to that point we should cook more and buy fresh food.
No child should eat food that was cooked way before they were born. We are what we eat and our kids what we feed them.
There is no parent who can happily eat a 2 year old cooked food but yet we expect our babies to eat these types of food that we as adults can’t tolerate the taste nor the smell.
Our babies deserves better!
